ANDY+ MARIA

9/9/2023

Andy and Maria share a heartfelt moment under the trees at their cowboy-inspired wedding. A celebration of love, music, and adventure captured in this picturesque outdoor setting

From the moment Andy and Maria met at a country music concert, their story was destined to be filled with laughter, adventure, and plenty of two-stepping. Their wedding day was no exception—a perfect blend of rustic charm and playful surprises, complete with a bounce house, cowboy boots, and heartfelt DIY touches. Let’s dive into the details of their unforgettable day!

How They Met

Andy and Maria’s love story started in the most country way possible—at a country music concert. Andy came along with a mutual group of friends, and as the music played, sparks flew. One dance led to another, and by the end of the night, they knew something special had begun.

The Proposal

Andy took Maria to Hawaii and they hiked Koko Head, one of the top 10 most difficult hikes on O’ahu. After making their way up the steep climb, they reached the summit to take in a breathtaking view. With the ocean stretching out behind them, Andy got down on one knee and proposed, making all the effort of the hike more than worth it.

Their Wedding Vision

Maria and Andy wanted their big day to reflect their love for rustic elegance and the warmth of fall. They envisioned a cowboy-themed wedding with all the autumn vibes—warm hues, woodsy details, and a welcoming atmosphere for family and friends. The White Barn was the perfect choice to bring their vision to life, with its charming rustic character that felt like home.

Favorite Wedding Moment

For Maria, seeing all their closest friends and family gathered to celebrate their love was the most magical part of the day. Every embrace, every laugh, and every toast was a reminder of the love that surrounded them.

Fun & Unexpected Surprises

One of the highlights of the night was the giant white bounce house they brought in for guests. It was a hit! Seeing adults in formalwear bouncing around brought so much joy and laughter—definitely a memory that won’t be forgotten.

Advice for Future White Barn Couples

Idaho summers can be hot! Maria recommends setting up shaded areas and keeping guests comfortable with hydration stations. Planning for the weather made all the difference in ensuring everyone had the best time.
